Yes. We use the same model as real estate brokers that represent home buyers. We work for you, finding the best software solutions and negotiating the best deal, but we are paid by the seller when a deal is finalized.
We know that in some cases the best path forward is to do nothing, and we're OK with that. We have a long-term view and believe that by doing what is best for every client, even if it means that we don't get paid, we will all be better off in the long run.
Absolutely not. Software vendors are happy to pay a fee to us because we bring a lot of value to them as well. By having a potential customer brought to them they greatly reduce their sales and marketing expenses and considerably shorten the sales cycle time. The fee paid to Bryson Ball does not affect the cost of the software.
